Madden (Jordan) of Lucasville and Heidi Kallner (Dale) of Lucasville; his grandchildren, Steen Biggs, Braeden Cottrill, Haley Meade (Kyle), Bryson Kallner, Branson Kallner, Payton Madden and Kami Madden; his great grandchildren, Remington Biggs, Brylor Biggs, Grainger Meade and Asa Meade; his siblings, Richard Southworth (Kathy) of Piketon, Mack Southworth of Lucasville, Jim Southworth (Ramona) of Beaver, Roger Southworth of Portsmouth and Teresa Southworth of Portsmouth; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Southworth of Lucasville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
