She is survived by: her mother Betty Jo Smith of Minford; her husband Rick Carver; her children, Kylee Lepore (Corey) of West Portsmouth, Mark Cox of West Portsmouth, Shawn Puckett (Sierra) of Lucasville, Julie Vallandingham (Bobby) of South Webster and Ricky Carver, Jr. (Shena) of South Webster; her grandchildren, Baylee, Cheyenne and Caydon; her siblings, Kathy "Kitty", Jerry Lee Puckett of West Portsmouth, Chelsey Heinlen (Jon) of Hazlehurst and Georgia; her nieces and nephews, Tiffany Chidsey (Michael) of Portsmouth, Ryan Crabtree of McDermott, Tony Crabtree (Kelly) of McDermott, Ashley Puckett of West Portsmouth and Ayla Puckett of West Portsmouth; and her close friends, Angie Galloway (Donny), Roxann Warren (Ricky), Bri Ayers (Joe), Alicia Phipps (Mike) and Nikki Tackett. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
