She is survived by: her children, Wanda L. Simmons (Richard), David L. Phipps (Vickie L.), Thomas E. Phipps (Melanie A.) and John S. Phipps (Beth A.); her brother Jacob Lincus Van Dyke; her grandchildren, Shawna Potter (Ken), Kelli, Michael Phipps, Jacob Phipps (Brandy), Kristin Phipps (Jeff Gore), Sean Phipps and Drew Phipps (Kiersten); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Sloane, Jarett, Jenna, Jaelyn and Penelope; her stepchildren, Mark, Rita, Debbie and Charlotte; and her nieces, June Dunham, Joan Havens, Joyce Dunn, Sherry Daneault, Jennifer Eitel and Jill Barch.
