She is survived by: her children, Doug Slark of Lucasville and Honor Justice (Joshua) of Wheelersburg; her siblings, Tim Slark of Lucasville, Leatha Slark of Lucasville, Brenda Hall (Winston) of Lucasville and Betty Raper (Phillip) of Malvern; and her grandchildren, Liberty, Nyah Justice and Mahayla Liles.
