It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lou Kegley of Lucasville, Ohio, born in Peebles, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Parks and Nellie Parks; her former husband Steven James Allen; her husband Brent Kegley; and her son Samuel Edward Parks.
She is survived by: her children, Steven James Allen (Mandi) of Gerand, Russell Edward Allen (Lorri) of Minford, Christopher Allen (Jennifer) of Lucasville and Belinda Sue Allen of Texas; her grandchildren, Creed of Alex, TJ, Katelynn, Brittany, Taylor and Brianna; her great grandchildren, Ashton, Zhyllan, Natalie, Lillith, Liam and Vanessa; her sisters, Mary Ann Newman of Minford, Geneva Windsor (John) of West Portsmouth and Ella May Conley (Duane) of Grand Rivers; and her friend Marcella Tomilison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
