He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Hobbs and Daisy Frances Hamlin Hobbs; and his siblings, Roger Hobbs, Mike Hobbs, Junior Hobbs and Carol Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Spencer Hobbs; his daughters, Christine Montgomery (Duane) of Lucasville, Fancy Hobbs of Chillicothe and Ginger Briggs of Lucasville; his grandchildren, Danielle Gustafson (Jordan), Tori Montgomery and Tommy Briggs; his great grandchild Sadie Burke; his siblings, Donald Hobbs (Carolyn) of Lucasville, David Hobbs of Lucasville, William Hobbs (Lita) of Lucasville, Randy, Barbara Stevens of Lucasville, Sue Throckmorton (Jim) of Lucasville and Nancy Zickgraff of Hillsboro; and his nephew Rick Ellis. He is also survived by his father, brothers and friends.
