He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Perry and Nava Delena Toler Vance; his former wife Maggie West; and his siblings, Ted Vance, Jerry Vance, Lonnie Vance and Helen Lester.
He is survived by: his daughter Jane Clemons (Douglas); and his siblings, Johnny Vance, Eddie Vance, Samuel Vance, Tommy Vance, Linda Walker, Carol Vance, Judy Nieman and Rosemary Montoya. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
