He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Joseph Spears and Mable C Nutt Baggele; and his daughter Roxanne Maria Spears. He is survived by: his wife Laura Stiers of Portsmouth; his children, Charles Richard Craig, Jr. of Lucasville, Michael Joe Craig of Lucasville and Shalenia Hogle; and his siblings, Delmer Spears, Terry Spears, Rose Spears and Betty Akins. He is also survived by five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
