She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Warren and Ida Gulker Dever; her daughter Carole Lea Ramsey; her grandson Gavin Rupp; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Dever, Christine Hansen, Waneida Barney, Margaret Hover and Doris Ach.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Frederick "Fred" Ramsey; her children, Charles Dennis Ramsey (Kathleen) of Winter Springs, FL, Sandra Jane Rupp of Ashburn, VA and Marsha Kay Fraley of Waverly; her siblings, David Dever (Jan) of Belpre and Alice Roth (Jerry) of Easley, SC; her grandchildren, Ian Rupp, Abigail Rupp and Aubree Fraley; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Dever McDonel of Brecksville and Jo Ann Miller (Don) of Lucasville.
