He was predeceased by: his father Earl C. Frisbie; and his siblings, Ronnie, Ray Frisbie, Kathy Mustard and Joy Armstrong.
He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine Collins of Washington, C. H., Homer Frisbie (Vickie) of Sabina, Harvey Frisbie of Chillicothe, Johnny Frisbie (Sue) of Springfield and Jimmy Frisbie (Christina) of Washington, C. H.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family requests, memorial contributions be made to Ware Funeral Home 121 W. 2nd St. Chillicothe, OH 45601, to help with funeral expenses.
