He is survived by: his children, Richard Don Hobbs (Bobbi Jo) of West Portsmouth, Michael Wallace of Portsmouth and Bridget Puckett (Mark) of Minford; his adoptive daughter Vanessa Clark of McDermott; his brothers, Donald Hobbs (Carolyn) of Lucasville and William Hobbs (Lita) of Lucasville, Randy; his grandmothers, Barbara Stevens of Lucasville, Sue Throckmorton (Jim) of Lucasville and Nancy Zickgraff of Hillsboro; and his grandchildren, Breanna, Bryse and Tyler. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
