He is survived by: his children, Rickey Smith (Suzette), Randy Smith (Cathy), Lisa Blevins (Joseph) and Melissa Parcell (Scott); and his siblings, Sam Smith and Dale Grimes. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
