It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Newkirk of Lucasville, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Alfred Newkirk and Patricia Ann Smith Newkirk; and her brother John Alfred Newkirk of Waverly. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Blanton (Garrett) of Piketon; her grandsons, Trace and Lane Blanton; her siblings, James Newkirk of Waverly and Mary Kay Newkirk of Waverly; and her nephews, Clayton, Joshua Newkirk and Zach Sexton. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and friends.
