He was predeceased by: his father Roy Marshall; his brothers, Paul Marshall and Arnold Marshall; his son Barry Marshall; and his granddaughter Natalie Marshall.

He is survived by: his wife Elva Pridemore Marshall; his brother Charles Marshall of Salyersville; his children, Jo Lynn Marshall Broyles (Gary) of Wichita Falls and Randy Marshall (Doreena) of Garden City; his grandsons, Nathan Marshall (Tracy), Kevin Marshall (Jill) and Brad Kundracik (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Adi Marshall, Shaylee Marshall, Elisha Marshall, Kailan Marshall, Ean Marshall, Eva Marshall, Addi Kundracik, Brooke Kundracik and Austin Case Kundracik.

Memorial contributions may be made to Union Freewill Baptist Church or SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.
