He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Faye Dyer Higgins; his children, Mitch Higgins (Diane) of Waverly, Ohio, Becky Galloway of Waverly, Ohio and Julie Pekkala (Bill) of Waverly, Ohio; and his grandson Devin Galloway. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
