He was predeceased by: his siblings, David Hollon and Becky Briggs. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Ray and Carolyn Ruth Davis Hobbs of Lucasville; his wife Leslie Marie Wilson of Columbus; his sons, Damien Benu Snouffer, S. Air Force and Raven Piper Snouffer (James Douglas Lawrence Hobbs) of Columbus; his siblings, Donald Lee Hobbs of Lucasville and Karen Keller (Christopher) of Radcliff, KY; his niece Kasey Keller of Radcliff, KY; and his siblings, Betty, Misty Pollitt of Kettering, Edy Canter of Darlington, IN, William Pollitt of Portsmouth and Shawn Kidwell of Lucasville.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
