Shepherd; his children, Andrew "AJ" Shepherd (Christy), Michael Ruggles (Tonya) and Terrie Hopkins (Anthony); his siblings, Alvin, Brice, Jerry Shepherd, Lucille Luce, Geneva Nile, Cathy Rice, Betty Hairfield, Irene Hensley and Angela Burleson; his grandchildren, Dalton Shepherd, Chris Burke, Tiffany Fetty (Jacob), Timothy Ruggles (Courtney), Rebecca Bolton (Kevin) and Jacob Ruggles; and his sister-in-law Betty J. Shepherd. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
