It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex D. McConnell of Lower Salem, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Fleeman McConnell and Lewis McConnell; his sons, Bryan McConnell (Brianna) of Lower Salem and Eddie McConnell (Janel) of Lower Salem, Ohio; his siblings, Donna Weddle (Danny) of Lewisville, Ohio and Phil McConnell (Misty) of Lewisville, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Carter McConnell and Jaselyn McConnell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
