He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Wharton Paisley; his children, Joyce Roffee (Don) of Cumberland, James Paisley Jr. (Tonya) of Germany, Michael Paisley of Cambridge, Donald Paisley (Tonya Johns) of Lower Salem and Timothy Paisley (Stacy) of Sardis, OH; his grandchildren, Gavin, Emma Paisley, Kaylee, Cody Sparks, Levi Paisley, Rachel, Sarah, Daniel and Corey; and his sisters, Betty Hedge (Dale) of Caldwell, Vivian Martin of Cumberland and Dorothy Hughes of Cambridge. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and friends.
