It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Haught Travis of Lower Salem, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Ward; her former husbands, Gary Lauer and Bob Haught; her daughter Lana Lauer-Binegar; and her sister Lynn Harris.
She is survived by: her mother Wilma Ward; her husband Neal Travis; her daughter Crystal Williams (Matt); her stepsons, Rodney Travis (Hannah) and Brandon Travis (Ashley); her grandchildren, Allison Binegar, Kaylee, Keith, Christopher Hamrick, Chase Williams, Brody Wooten, Easton Bartlett, Liam O'Connell June Butler, Sophia, Skylar, Ryder, Coleson and Kennedi Travis; her great grandchild Gannon Hamrick; and her brother Rocky Fordyce (Jerry Oliver).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (27880 OH-7, Marietta, OH 45750). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
