She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Stark and Hazel Holland Stark; her husband Phil Billiter; her daughter Anna; her grandchildren, Travis and Bridget Kuhn; and her brother-in-law George Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Kuhn (Jenny) of Graysville, Ricky Kuhn (Jeanne) of Beallsville and Rebecca Burwell (Doug) of Wingett Run; her grandchildren, Shawn, Kayla, Shane, Brittney, Elizabeth, Matthew and Kelly; and her sister Linda Hall. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
