He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Fitch and Mabel Thorne Fitch; his wife Grace E. Ausnehmer; his son Timothy Fitch; and his siblings, Francis Fitch, Eugene Fitch, Twila Goehring, Juanita Douglas, Janet Rickert and Shirley Ferrin.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Fitch (Kathy) of Edinburg, PA, Jean Williams (Dick) of Leverett, MA and F. Richard Fitch (Debbie) of Pulaski, PA; and his daughter-in-law Ruth Fitch of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
