She is survived by: her children, Michael Kowalczyk (Susan) of Swanzey, NH, Frank Kowalczyk, Jr. (Karen) of Struthers, Paula Zetts (Jim) of Charlotte, NC and Nancy Casella (James) of St. Joseph, MI; her sister Maria Tirpack of Campbell, OH; her grandchildren, Christine Zetts (Mac Dinkel), Jim Zetts (Stephanie), Sarah Zetts, Michael Casella (Nicole), Amy Krugler (Jeff), Ryan Kowalczyk (Emma), Jared Kowalczyk (Malika), Nathan Kowalczyk (Christine Luciano), Kara Kowalczyk, Katelyn Adams (Mike) and Jacob Kowalczyk; and her great grandchildren, Peter Zetts and Liam Krugler.
