He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wagner and Carol Wagner (Knoch). He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn (Judy), Neil (Wilma), Thomas (Barbara), Randal (Tammy), Keith Wagner (Sandra) and Wanda Herl (Douglas); and his friend Ritchie Phillips.
