He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edwin and Ruth Madonna Welker (Dempsey); and his siblings, Corliss Edwin Welker and Ruth Ann Welker. He is survived by: his wife Alberta Ruth Welker (Jenkins); and his children, Kathy Welker of Boone, IA, Debra Lee (Dave) of Ligonier, IN, Terry Welker (Patricia) of Warsaw, IN, Danny Welker (Laura) of Pensacola, FL, Brian Welker (Linda) of Lowell, OH and Laura Tilton (Gerald) of Beverly, OH. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
