He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Herman and Eva Marie Parker (Paul). He is survived by: his brothers, James Edward Parker, Paul David Parker, John T. Parker and Donald E. Parker; his stepmother Imogene Parker; his wife Brenda L. Parker (Tharp); his children, John Parker (Tracy) of Dayton and Rebecca Parker of Dayton; his grandchildren, Christian Parker, Avery Parker and Shayla Wheat; and his siblings, Denver Lee Parker (Linda) of Springfield, Iva L. Walters (David) of Circleville, OH, Jean Ann Phillips of Hillsboro and Ruth Estes (Jesse) of Greenville, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
