It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Cline of Lowell, Ohio, born in Pomeroy, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Cline and Ralph Cline; and his siblings, Jack Cline (Donna), Patty Hall (Gene) and Roger Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cline (Self); his son Shawn Cline; his grandson Calan of Cleveland, Ohio; his daughter Amanda Kasun (Jarrod); his grandchildren, Kadin and Gianna of Beverly, Ohio; his siblings-in-law, Tanja Brooks (David) of Waterford, Ohio and Jerry Self of Beverly, Ohio; and his close friend Dennis Perdew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
