He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Moncrief and Hattie Fouts Moncrief; and his brothers, Basil, Arden and Richard "Dick" Moncrief.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Martin Moncrief; his children, Tammy Kirchner (Charlie) of Caldwell, Steven Moncrief (Autumn) of Lowell and Rusty Moncrief (Stephanie) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Julia, Gavin, Bryce, Ethan, Caileigh, Jamie, Landyn, Arielle and Gabriel; his great grandchild George; and his sister Retha Amos of Cutler, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
