With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joretta J. Bills of Lowell, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on September 30, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershal Sprague and Sylvia Wendelken Sprague; and her sister Peggy Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Michael Wheeler of Marietta, Rodney Wheeler (Brenda) of Marietta and Sherida Atkinson of Guysville; and her sister Mary Gill of Marietta. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, rwo great-great grandchildren.
