He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Mincks and Betty Mincks (Campbell). He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Mincks of Terra Alta, WV; his siblings, Joyce Allen of Clearwater, FL, Judy Stevens of Lowell, OH and Thomas Mincks of Sparta, IL; his close friend Fred Schultheis; and his nephew Caleb Mincks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
