He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Everett and Irma Shears Rapp; his aunt Elva Mae Miller; and his great-niece Elisabeth "Elle" Kate Arnold. He is survived by: his sister Susan Arnold; his niece Ashleigh Pennock (Rudy); his nephews, Zack Arnold (Krista) and Logan Arnold; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Finnley, Evie, Hadleigh Pennock, Christian, Caroline and Juliana Arnold; his close friends, Jan Dishong and Betsy Cook; and his pet Bentley.
