He is survived by: his children, Otis Spratt, Maude Spratt (Manuel) and Jean Kornowa; his son-in-law Ron Kornowa; his son Jack Spratt; his daughter-in-law JoAnn Spratt; his grandchildren, Kelly Young, Mark Young, Kevin Kornowa, Renee Kornowa, Jason Spratt, Rebecca Spratt and Jamie Spratt Oliver; his great grandchildren, Layne, Hasley, Wylen Young, Lindsey, Claire, Thomas Kornowa and MacKenzie Spratt; his friend Lowell VanEtten; and also, Barb Schrader and Don Schrader. He is also survived by his brothers; parents.
