We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Howard Starlin (Lowell, Ohio), born in Marietta, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Willard and Delma Faye McKay Starlin; and his wife Frances Maxine Slack Starlin. He is survived by: his children, Delma "Gidget" Farmer of Lowell, Lola Sampson (Dan) of Lowell, Howard Starlin, Jr. (Teresa Bennett) of Lowell and Beth Wilson (Donnie) of Lowell; and his pet Axel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
Abiding with government recommendations for social distancing during the COVID-19 Pandemic, a private family viewing and service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020, at the Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with burial at Greenlawn Cemetery in Lowell.
Donations may be made in his memory to The Humane Society of the Mid Ohio Valley.
