He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie Schimmel Bohl; his children, Cindy Worthington (Nathan), Randall Bohl (Tina) and Julia Pettey (Clifford); his grandchildren, Rachel Burnham (Scott), Daniel Worthington (Lacey), Ty Worthington, Ryan, Derek, Megan Bohl, Trevor, Dennis, Sarah and Ethan Pettey; his great grandchildren, Eli, Alice, Wesley Worthington and Elsie Burnham; and his sister Victoria Grosklos (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
