It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Dobbins of Lowell, Ohio, born in Gilmer, West Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Brown and Mary Brown; her husband Ralph H. Dobbins Sr.; her siblings, Jesse Brown, Bonnie Todd and Helen Bee; and her sons-in-law, Forrest Evans and Andy Kelby.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Evans of Beverly, Violet Suttle (Freddie) of Coal Run, Sarah Marks (Zack) of Waterford and Ralph Dobbins Jr. of Coal Run; and her sister Patty Robinson (Charles) of Charleston, WV.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, several great grandchildren and on step great grandchild.
