He was predeceased by: his daughter Deborah Jo Mincks; his parents, Millard C. Mincks and Mildred "Midge" Mincks Chandler; his stepfather Robert "Bob" Chandler; his parents-in-law, Charley and Ruby Middleswart; and his sisters, Shirley Karcher (Dayton), Charlotte Douthitt (Melvin) and Carol Stevens (Dick).
He is survived by: his wife Janet Middleswart Mincks; his daughter Pamela Mincks; his siblings, Jerry Mincks (Barb) and Susie Chandler; his stepbrothers, Jeff and Mike Chandler; and his brother-in-law Carl Middleswart (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
