He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Skinner and Bertha Skinner (Tullius); his pet Effie; his wife Judith A. Skinner (Hart); his children, Jeffrey Skinner (Tonia), Janena DeRubbo (Jeff) and Stephanie Skinner-Hinton (Jason Spielvogel); his grandchildren, Colten (Jessi), Alyssa Skinner, Maggie, Eliot Hinton, Riley, Dominic and Dante DeRubbo; his great grandchild Nora Skinner; and his siblings, Fred Skinner (Charlene), Lee Skinner (Ruth), Phillip Skinner (Cheyenne), Doug Skinner (Darla), Marie Mosser, Marian, Ruth, Joy Dobbins and Carol Fulton. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
