She was predeceased by: her parents, George Devol Padgitt Jr. and Martha May Padgitt (McMahon); and her siblings, Marlene Cunningham, Donald Padgitt and Lyle Dean Padgitt.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald William Hamilton; her children, Heath Hamilton of Lowell, Shawn Hamilton of Lowell and Mary Hamilton of Marietta; her grandchildren, Heath Hamilton II of Lowell, Lauryn Hamilton of Lowell, Dylan Hamilton of Lowell, Ian Hamilton of Lowell and Aaron Hamilton of Lowell; and her sister Georgia Stewart Cunningham of Marietta.
