He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Jackson and Ruby Jackson; and his sibling Van Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jackson; his daughter Paula Denier (Brian); his grandchildren, Ashton Taylor Denier, Logan Jacob Denier and Wyatt Jackson Denier; his siblings, Linda Philpot (Harold), Angie Rolland, Jane Cheek (Howard), David Jackson (Kathy), Sharon Wrenn (Tony), Maggie Kurtz (Dave), Otis Jackson (Debbie) and Jean Hunley (John); and his siblings-in-law, Renee Jackson and Mac Brown (Joan).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Woody's memory may be made to Victory Pentecostal Tabernacle.
