He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. "Bill" Napier and Georgia Orick Napier; his son Tony Napier; and his brothers, Marvin and Gary Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Napier; his children, Caprise Martin and Billy Napier (Paulette); his grandchildren, Ryan, Katelyn (Zach), Kyle, Nick, Shaun and Adam; his great grandchildren, Carter, Cohen, Kara, Bryanna and Ryan; and his siblings, Midge Coorey, Jimmy Napier, Caroline Wildner, Billie Legge and Debi Heilig.
