William Carter born 12/06/1974 died April 30th 2021. William was a father, a brother, a uncle and much more to those around him. He is survived by his Brother Shane Carter, Elijah Elliot; sister Angela Smith, as well as children William Carter and Samantha Steele. Private services will be held May 13th, from 1pm to 2pm.
