She is survived by: her husband Larry Martin Counterman; her children, Michael Patrick Fagin and Amy Raquel Fagin; her stepchildren, Suzanne Counterman and William Counterman; her grandchildren, Athena Hubbard and Marius Hubbard; and her siblings, Philip Joseph Fernandez and Carla Reed. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
