He was predeceased by: his mother Lola Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his daughters, Chelsea Knapp and Allison Knapp; his father Larry Knapp (Claire Leisey); and his sisters, Karen Tuttle (Charles) and Lisa Knapp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
