He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman and Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Diane Ray; his sons, Todd Ray, Scott Ray (Katie) and Mark Trainor (Suzanne); his sister Debbie Louise; his grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, James, Joshua, Auriana, Austin and Aryah; and his great grandchildren, Tyson, Easton and Emery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Tom's honor to the Cincinnati Veterans Hospital. The family greatly appreciates any donations made in his memory.
