He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Horton and Mary Jane Horton (O'Connor); and his sister Karen Hartje (Craig). He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Hamblen; his children, Tony Horton (Jennette), Shannon Horton, Eric Horton (Walida), Bridget Livingston, John Hamblen (Shawnda), Katie Geers (Rob) and Phillip Hamblen; and his siblings, Dick Horton (Barb), Brian Horton, Gary Horton (MaryJo) and Kathy Hayes (Adam). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren whom he adored and numerous nieces and nephews.
