He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lewallen and Virda Lewallen (Miller); his wife Delilah; his son Eddie Lewallen; his grandson Scott Anthony Dick; and his siblings, Otis Lewallen, Jack Lewallen and Voicel Shepherd.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Dick (Laurel); his granddaughter Lori Smith (Michael); his great grandchildren, KatieBeth Bayko (Taylor), Megan Smith, Hayden Smith and Delilah Smith; and his great great grandchild Lyla Bayko.
