She was predeceased by: her husband William Hubert Brown; and her sibling Sie Matlock. She is survived by: her children, Rev. James Brown (Diana), Ronnie Brown (Darlene), Connie Hall (David) and Bonnie Caputo (Greg); her grandchildren, Shad Brown, Christopher Coogan, Stephanie Rowland, Cassandra Hall, Shane Moore, Jolie Dabbs, Dennis Penwell, Tony Penwell and Charlie Penwell; her great grandchildren, Brianna Rowland, Skyler Penwell, Tierra Dabbs and Grant Corbin Penwell; and her siblings, Edward Matlock, Howard Matlock, Lula Hoskins, Sue Miracle, Alma Miracle and Carol Matlock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
