He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary C. "Kitty" Grady Muccino and Robert J. Muccino; and his brother-in-law William Clark of Cincinnati. He is survived by: his children, Karen Ballard (Craig), Anthony D. Muccino and Angela M. Farwig (Andrew); his grandsons, Alex, Mason Muccino, Emmett and Cole Farwig; his sisters, Marian Clark of Cincinnati and Linda Walsh of New Hope; and his brother-in-law Richard Walsh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
