He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morris McWilliams and Vula McWilliams; his wife Betty McWilliams (Gaver); his daughter Stacey Breese (Ryan); his stepchildren, Kay Watkins Stahley, Donny Watkins (Erin), Dennis Watkins (Rose) and Chris Carter (Dean); his siblings, Marlene Jackson, Shirley Clark and Donny McWilliams (Betsy); and his brothers-in-law, Art Jackson and Jim Clark. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
