He was predeceased by: his parents, Lurline Farnsworth (Stallsmith) and Orrin Farnsworth. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Farnsworth (Fielder); his children, Lanie Farnsworth and Lettie Harvey (Greg); his grandson Jordan Harvey; his great grandchild Dravyn Alexander; and his sister Patty Lampe. He is also survived by 5 nieces and 1 nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the Farnsworths would like donations made to Hospice Care of Middletown and the Middletown Public Library.
